SAN City, formerly known as VSan Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (SAN Group of Companies), was founded in 2006 by Dr. Vishwa Cariappa B.S.

Since its inception, SAN has been building homes and businesses throughout Karnataka. Its completed projects include those in Bangalore, Mysore, Chikkaballapur, and Coorg. Under the brand and identity of San Properties & Developers — which subsequently changed its name to “VSan Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.” — SAN has been delivering quality on all fronts constantly.

We are pleased to notify you that we have successfully registered 10 Million sq.ft consisting of 12000+ families. At present, SANCITY employs over 500 employees across various divisions, all aiming to deliver optimal support and proficiency to our esteemed clientele.
